Sessions with Staria are spiritual and energetic in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological care, and no outcome is diagnosed, treated or guaranteed. Please continue to consult a licensed professional for any medical or mental-health concern.
These Terms of Service govern your use of staria.live and everything offered through it: private sessions, group and global healings, pods, and digital products. By booking, purchasing or using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not book or purchase.
1. Agreement to these terms
This is an agreement between you and STARIA ("Staria," "we," "us"), the spiritual and energy-healing practice of Joey House. We may update these terms; the effective date above always shows the current version, and the version in force when you book or purchase is the one that applies to that booking or purchase.
2. The nature of our services
- All sessions, journeys, group healings and digital products offered by STARIA are spiritual and energetic wellness services. They complement, but never replace, medical, psychiatric or psychological care.
- Joey House is not a physician, psychotherapist, licensed counsellor or licensed medical practitioner, and nothing offered here is a medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, cure or prescription.
- Nothing said in a session, on this site or in a digital product should be taken as medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
- Never disregard professional medical advice, delay seeking it, or stop, start or change any medication or treatment because of anything you receive here. Those decisions belong with your licensed provider.
- If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or thoughts of harming yourself or another person, contact your local emergency number or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US) immediately. Our sessions are not a crisis service.
3. Who may book
You must be 18 or older to book a session or purchase a product. A minor may take part only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf. By booking, you confirm you are entering this work of your own free will and are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout.
4. Booking and scheduling
Sessions are booked through the scheduling and checkout tools on this site. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. That email carries the essentials: your date and time, the video link for the session, and your personal links to reschedule or cancel.
Times shown are in the time zone displayed at booking, usually Pacific Time. Please check yours before confirming. Sessions are held online by video unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for a working connection and a quiet, private space where you can be undisturbed.
5. Payment and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in full at the time of booking, unless the offering says otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; STARIA does not handle or store your card details. Free offerings, such as our global collective healings, remain free and no payment details are required for them.
Where a session pack is purchased, all sessions in the pack must be used within twelve months of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. Packs are non-transferable and have no cash value. Prices may change for future bookings; the price shown when you book is the price you pay.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
Every confirmation email includes self-serve links to reschedule or cancel, the fastest way to make a change.
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start time and your payment is applied in full to a new date, or refunded on request.
Inside 24 hours, or if you do not attend, the session is treated as delivered and is not refundable. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies; write to us.
If Joey must cancel or move a session, you will be offered the choice of a new time or a full refund.
Group and global sessions run to a published schedule and are not individually rescheduled; if you miss one, you are warmly invited to the next.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to ten business days to appear.
7. Sessions, pods and conduct
Group work depends on shared trust. In any group, pod or collective session you agree to keep what others share confidential, to treat every participant with respect, and to arrive free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Do not record, photograph, stream or transcribe any session without Joey's prior written permission. We reserve the right to end and, where appropriate, refund a session if conduct is disruptive, abusive or unsafe.
8. Intellectual property
This site and everything in it, including the STARIA name and logo, the Staria imagery and sacred-geometry artwork, session structures, recordings, text, video and design, belongs to STARIA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may enjoy it personally and share links to it; you may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
9. No guarantee of results
Energy work is deeply personal and its effects vary from person to person. We share the experiences of past clients with gratitude and in good faith, but testimonials are individual experiences, not promises. No specific outcome, whether physical, emotional, spiritual, relational or financial, is promised, predicted or guaranteed, and results are not typical or assured for any particular person.
10. Your responsibility
You take part voluntarily and you remain responsible for your own choices, health and wellbeing before, during and after a session. Energy work can surface strong emotion or memory. If you are under the care of a medical or mental-health professional, please consult them before booking, and continue with the care they recommend.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STARIA, Joey House and anyone working with them will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or wellbeing, arising from your use of this site, any session, or any digital product, whether the claim is framed in contract, tort or otherwise, and even if we were told such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a session, a product or this site is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. Services and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STARIA and Joey House from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a digital product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Third-party services and links
We use third-party tools to run bookings, payments and video, including GoHighLevel, Stripe and Zoom, and this site may link to other sites, such as press features. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it, and forms part of these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
16. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and your booking confirmation, are the entire agreement between us.
